Thank you for all the comments since last friday
I didn't reach to visit all of you who
gave me comments
but I'll come around
Many photos
few words
looking for faces in the painting
and I found one
starting to paint it
Here I used a stocking or netting
which belongs to some onions
but I did not like it much as a stamp ;))
anyway
I got some pattern out of the "onion netting stamp" ;)
The leaves by the sun are not painted
they are shadows of the plastic flowers
behind the piece of painting
here the shadows of the leaves
the shadows gave me an idea though
so I painted them
as you can see on this photo - they are now painted
My participation

Peace & love

Oh Wow! She is beautiful and love the overall effect ~ (A Creative Harbor) ^_^
This is very beautiful. I love how her eye "sees through" her hair, and how you incorporated the shadows into the painting. Lovely warm colors. Happy PPF!
Lovely girl and I especially like the colours.
Thank you for sharing the process, the results are beautiful. Happy PPF, Annette x

Love the colors and the way the woman just emerges from them.
she has a lovely soft face, beautiful work
gorgeous! i love seeing how she evolved!
Viola, what a beautiful painting! From now on I will look for faces in the backgrounds that I paint.
Hi Viola,
Love seeing the whole process and the onion netting gave a nice effect. The girls face is lovely as are the colors. I always see things in the paint and just make them come to life. That's the whole fun of it!
Lovely luminous painting , love the sunny colors and the gem like details are wonderful!
This is so neat how it morphed into a whole painting. I love the way your mind thinks!
Such a pretty piece and I love the orange...thanks for sharing your process!!

Beautiful painting Viola! Such great sunny colours, and I love how you came up with the idea for the leaves... ☺
Wow Viola, dette er lekkert! Jeg er målløs igjen jeg. Bare lyset du har lagt på boblene - ah jeg nyter!
how wonderful to see this piece unfold! She is a gorgeous strong woman that you found and brought to life! when you shared the shadows... i thought it would be wonderful to sketch it onto the painting. Then you did it! love that, a wonderful detail.
lovely week to you ~
