DC Pollinators

My contribution is
a butterfly
Hopefully there are many bees in the woods
it's only I found it easier to draw a butterfly.. ;)
starting with a rubber stamp
but I repainted it several times afterwards
so the trees
starting with a stencil
and repainted
the three flowers together to the right
are also from a rubber stamp, quite original

Do you see the bird to the right?
At first I thought it would like to be a robin
it just looked like
but after some layers..
hm....
now I'm not longer as sure.... :D

to see other paintings
Thank you Tammie for starting this lovely challenge! :)

I didn't finish my latest pieces
so for this week I'll show you my selfmade washi tapes
for March

It was so fun to make them
I painted on a simple writing paper
You can see I used some stamps also

Here are some paintings from November 2014
1 - mountain cabin
2 & 3 - dreaming back to summer holidays 2014
on an island in the ocean
(Sorry for red marks - no 2)

Paint Party Friday, week 1, year 4 #37

Happy Anniversary PPF!
4 years :)
Thank you Kristin and Eva! :)
For this week I want to share two paintings.
First one where I just started to play with colors
and some doodles
In the end I sort of liked it
so I want to share it here with you

Then the other one below
here I was inspired by Jane Davenport
the way she paints hair
I thought it was fun to put the paintings in frames in the end
digital frames
It started just as a draft and a play with some colors
and so I put names of the colors that I used
dylusions ink spray (the hair)
and stencil

Juhuuu - now it's  s p r i n g
my favorite season! :)

Happy Anniversary!
Lots of fun!

Paint Party Friday, week 52, year 4 #36.

Hello, Paint Part Friday again!
I'm so pleased to be here again.
I have painted several things lately,
but unfortunately not having put the last finishing
and waiting for that
I always start with a new drawing to paint on

So for this week
I choose an art piece that I painted last year
in October
probably influenced by the lovely summer
last year :)
Hanging on my fridger :))
