Paint Party Friday, week 19, year 7 #62

Hello lovely creators, how are you?
We are in the middle of summer
I cannot believe it
I am working on many projects
jumping from one to another
never seem to fulfill
But I feel I need this process
making of many things as they stream my mind
I take it as an achivement
to learn more
and follow my mind
what I want to work with right there and then

Here I have used a stencil to make this woman
and I have put a crown on her head :)

Here I've made some more colors on my piece
I am not finished yet....

My new stencils by Dina Wakley
I really love them!

and my new stamps
which I also do love!
I do not know the name of the person who made them

and I bought a journal book
by Dina Wakley
a media journal book
with different papers and even pages of fabrics
So exciting!

Here is the first double page of my journal book
on the left is the inside of the hard cover
on the right is the first paper to draw and paint on
I have used the stencils
and in the middle is a face made by a stamp

the ones of you who read my last blog post
would maybe remember this painting....
Here also I used the stencils on the two women to the left

Here comes the one of my latest piece of work
the picture is turned upside down after taken
as I turned the piece up side down to paint the mermaid on the double sided sheet ;)

and a  close up on some details
the part of the clock is also from a stencil
so are the two keys among other things on the image above
you can click on the images to enlarge them
None of these pieces on my blog post today are finished

It began with this
some abstract painting on the double page

Paint Party Friday, week 16, year 7 #61

May and June have passed extremly fast!
I cannot imagine it's soon July....!
I haven't got one single piece of painting finished.
So for this week I'll just show you what I'm dealing with
the three first pieces I'm working with now
the three pieces further down are just
put away
for a while

Here we go
and this is not a process ;D
it's seven different pieces of paintings
of which two small pieces are put in one image

Paint Party Friday, week 15, year 7 #60

A new Friday has come
we are lucky
not all are
Sending my prayers to Kensington, London
So awful and terrible!
So much sadness and suffering in this world
We need more love and safety

Then over to brushes and colors
where we can seek some sort of comfort....

My painting this Friday
starts as an abstract
and you can follow the process here

For time beeing I have three different bottles of oil
From the left Olive oil, extra virgin, coldpressed
In the middle  Raw oil made of hemp seeds, coldpressed
To the right Flax-seed oil, virgin

In fact I bought the flax-seed oil, I think last year,
to make the paint flow
(Now I have other equipments for that)
By the way my Flax-seed oil has now expired on date
I mostly drink Olive Oil, about one tablespoon each day

Paint Party Friday, week 14, year 7 #59

Hello, for this PPF I have many images and two different paintings.
I had some paints left and I just brushed them out on a paper
At once I saw this could be a new painting to play with
I had to continue painting it the other day
Just playing with the colors of the mountains, so fun!
I also gave the stones different lovely colors
but what to put in the middle
between mountains and stones...
grass, meadow, water, sea...?
I had to think a little....

Close up of one peak
I loved how the colors mixed
quite intuitive

then to the old tree by the fjord
I learned something new by theartsherpa (youtube)
It was soooo fun to paint the bubbles and the small white flowers
Go and visit her, you wont regret!

I usually start a painting at night
and I continue to paint the next day, in daylight..
So that's why there is a difference in my photos
between night and daylight

here is the outcome
I had difficulties to eliminate the one from the other
I always have

Then, before this painting I painted another
abstract
playing and having fun
I wanted a light center and chose yellow
Then I tried to figure out what I could see
and I saw two women or girls with long dresses
this one is painted at night and shot at night

this one (I believe) is also shot at night

this below is shot in daylight
and here I've painted the face
-- voila! finished! --

So fun to see this ball,
it nearly looks as a ball of yarn :D

a close up of the two women or girls

and before I come to an end of my post
here are some healthy candy :)

take some natural youghurt
mix in a teaspoon of chia seeds
and half a teaspoon or a pinch of seaweed meal
and a good dash of lemon juice (or a teaspoon)

fill the top with som Alfalfa seeds
