Paint Party Friday, week 34, year 5 #51

I started a little abstract
then some ideas came

I found a face in a magazine
cut it out and had it glued on the sheet
then painted it in my own way

in the end I ended up with this

Here's from the beginning,
but not from the scratch..
couldn't find any pics
so I guess I forgot to immortalize my painting from the scratch :D

Here I go again.

I've used oil crayons, acrylics, watersoluble colored pens,

waterbased colored pens, caran d.ache prismalo black pencil for outlines,

also a black pen.

And gesso and matte medium.

Here come several pics

The two first are the outcome

From the scratch

a face cut from a magazine

then transformed it to the paper with matte medium

quite fun to do

the seaguls are also cut from a magazine

and transformed to the paper

the goat is from a magazine and transformed as well

then I put gesso over the face and drew her body

put colors on

and also gesso over the seaguls and the goat

working and working

back and forth

Here are just before I was finished

see the outcome above (the first two pictures)

But! I'm not satisfied with the goat! Haha!
Its legs are quite cool, but its face....! :/

Hello, it's a long time since last time I was here.

I've nearly forgot how to blog....!

I'm just attending with a girl painted recently.

I painted on the back of a stencil sheet.

put a layer of gesso first.

Acrylics and oil crayons.
