Snowy mountains and calm sea

I want to show you a painting I started 31st January this year.

I had watched several You Tube clips about painting

and then I too wanted to try and paint mountains  

It came up with fog in the end

As you can see there is no fog on the first one 

and look -- my table is quite messy! 

(well, I think I censored most of it)

Here with the light from a lamp on the painting

It's great fun to see what lighting effect can do

Here the daylight fills the room

and my painting gets lighter

and I have put on a digital frame

I started to paint landscapes in the end of January this year

Portraits I started to paint in March this year

As I've told you before

I have painted previous now and then, but never with technical knowledge

Technical knowledge I have got by watching YouTube clips

but to make it in practice

wow - that's something else :))

But I have to

practice

and practice

and practice

I have to start somewhere

from scratch

and hopefully

it will lead me

to something greater

both technical and practical
